"Everyone with rare exception knows that you attract into your life a reflection of what you think. But you also attract into your life what you judge. If you think men are players, you attract players, if you think people are dishonest, you attract dishonest people. If you are focused on a sickness or disease, you attract more. If you focus on poverty or lack, you gain nothing more than an empty bank account. Everything you hold in your conscious thought becomes your cage and your reality. Why not fake it until you make it folks. - See abundance, see honesty in all, embrace good healthy, emotionally healthy people, focus on the beauty and not the ugly. And for crying out loud fix what hurts you, heal what aches, mend your mind and restore it to perfection. You were born of perfection, it is your core, meditate, exercise, eat nutritionally and address what you are harboring, then you will attract lovely all day long."

“You might as well be dead. Seriously, if you always put limits on what you can do, physically or anything else, it’ll spread over into the rest of your life. It’ll spread into your work, into your morality, into your entire being. There are no limits. There are plateaus, but you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. If it kills you, it kills you. A man must constantly exceed his level.”

It’s my dog’s birthday (yes, we actually do share a birthday), so I went to Chipotle (their burrito bowl is her favorite food) and got her birthday dinner.

TOO cute. My feels. They’re currently all over the place.

A different perspective is always a good idea.
We can get really immune to certain things after a while, impatience takes over and pretty soon we start to negate the value of someone or something.
Taking another viewpoint and/or empathising with others can really keep us out of our own ego minds and help us come more gently from the heart.

Beating the odds, Latino twins make it to Harvard and West Point

univisionnews:

Twin brothers Arnulfo (left) and Jesus Moran will graduate from an inner city high school that has a 60 percent drop-out rate.

By LARA FERNANDEZ

Four years of hard work and discipline have paid off for two Latino twins who will graduate from a pubic high school in Los Angeles this June.  Arnulfo Moran got accepted to West Point, while his brother, Jesus, is going to Harvard.

It’s an impressive feat for any family. But for Jesus and Arnulfo Moran, whose school has a 60 percent drop out rate and is located in one of the city’s poorest neighborhoods, the achievement was unprecedented, and it was hailed as an inspiration for classmates and others trying to beat the odds.

Reporter: I have a question to Robert and to Scarlett. Firstly to Robert, throughout Iron Man 1 and 2, Tony Stark started off as a very egotistical character but learns how to fight as a team. And so how did you approach this role, bearing in mind that kind of maturity as a human being when it comes to the Tony Stark character, and did you learn anything throughout the three movies that you made?

And to Scarlett, to get into shape for Black Widow did you have anything special to do in terms of the diet, like did you have to eat any specific food, or that sort of thing?
Scarlett: How come you get the really interesting existential question, and I get the like, “rabbit food” question?
The respect given to you if you’re a man in the entertainment business, and the respect given to you if you’re a woman in the entertainment business: all perfectly summed up in one idiotically thought out line of questioning.

Wow, reading the difference between the questions is HILARIOUS.
Did anyone else notice all the unnecessary ass shots of ScarJo throughout the movie, tho?
